Q. Who has access to my credit card and personal information once I give it to you? A. Your personal information, including credit card numbers, is safely protected within a secure database and cannot be accessed by anyone other than the authorized concierges. Discretion and the privacy of our clients are of utmost importance to Luxury Domain and our staff. Q. Are there additional charges when I place a request? A. The annual membership fee entitles you to unlimited access to the concierge staff. You are not being charged for the concierge's time. When a concierge makes a purchase on your behalf, the company with whom we are conducting business will charge your credit card. That company's name will appear on your credit card statement. If any additional fees are associated with the fulfillment of your request, your concierge will share this information with you and will await your approval before charging your credit card. Q. Are there any types of requests that you do not handle? A. For legal reasons, a concierge will not directly make arrangements for matters involving legal, financial or medical issues, or childcare. However, the concierge will gladly provide referrals to a selection of service providers who are all bonded, insured and legally licensed professionals. Q. Is Luxury Domain available twenty-four hours a day? A. At this time, our concierges are available during regular business hours, between 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday. Members may utilize voice mail or e-mail during non-business hours and a concierge will respond on the following business day. Q. Can Luxury Domain concierges run errands for me? A. The concierges use reliable messenger and errand service providers to fulfill a client's needs. The staff itself does not perform these tasks. Q. Will I always work with the same concierge? A. Our entire staff of dedicated concierges is ready, willing and able to work with all of our Luxury Domain clientele. Should you wish to ask for a particular concierge when contacting us, we will do everything possible to accommodate you. Each of our experienced concierges has the ability to access your client history and will be able to fulfill a new request for you. Once you have begun working on a particular request with one of our concierges, he/she will be your main contact through completion. Q. How quickly can a request be fulfilled? A. Most requests are completed within the same business day. However, every request is unique and the turnaround time entirely depends upon the complexity of the request. Your concierge will always provide you with an expected response time. For example, your concierge can quickly get you tickets to see "The Lion King" on Broadway but it will take her a bit longer to make arrangements for your first sailing expedition to the South Pacific! Q. Can you do last-minute requests? A. Yes, we make every effort to accommodate emergencies and last-minute requests. If it can be done, we will make it happen. Q. Do you offer discounts or special offers? A. Luxury Domain specializes in the finest products, services and proprietors that the world has to offer. We will always pass along any and all special discounts or savings being presented by the exceptional companies with whom we work. Q. Are you licensed travel agents? A. Among other specialties, we are luxury travel planners and have a staff of licensed travel agents at our disposal. Q. Do you always use the same vendors? A. We have conducted extensive research to surround ourselves with a network of the finest vendors and service providers in the world. This network is constantly expanding, and we review every vendor carefully to ensure that we deliver only the best of the best to our clientele. Q. How soon after I submit my membership payment may I start using Luxury Domain? A. It usually takes just a day for the membership to be processed. If you contact the Luxury Domain staff with a request and your membership has not yet been completely processed, the concierge will try to expedite it for you so that we can fulfill your request-and welcome you as a new member of the club! Q. What is the Member Access section? A. This is a password-protected section of Luxury Domain available only to members. Here, members can access a variety of valuable information and services. They can review Luxury Domain's referral section, submit online requests using automated request forms, read about new and exciting luxury travel, gifts, services, and more. Q. Do you sell your member list to any outside parties? A. Absolutely not. We understand your wish for privacy and your membership with Luxury Domain is confidential in every way. We do not share lists. We do not sell lists. We guarantee it. |
